The Life & Balance Centre is a sanctuary from the pressures of everyday life where in our tranquil, supportive and unique space you are free to simply unwind, reflect and transform your mind, body and soul.
We believe that happiness and health is a natural state that everyone should experience, we also know that personal change is sometimes difficult and requires insight and often a helping hand. At the Life & Balance Centre we can help guide you through these changes by listening to your needs and providing a variety of proven and effective therapies suitable for you and your lifestyle.
Our Yoga classes range from gentle Hatha to the more athletic Ashtanga and our Pilates mat classes are suitable for beginner to intermediate levels. We also have a wide and eclectic range of therapies including Remedial Massage, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Homeopathy, Herbalism, Naturopathy, Meditation, Counselling and Life Coaching.
