Opened in 2012 as a big brother to the Brew Pub in Manly, the Brookvale Brewery gave the opportunity to increase brewing and bottling capacity and get more of the beer you love into your favourite bottle shops and venues.
Starting in a single warehouse located on the Winbourne industrial estate, early 2014 it went all 1989 Berlin and knocked the wall down between two warehouses to expand available space, this was followed by further expansion into and additional larger warehouse in the latter half of the same year.
